RULES & CRITERIA
Published before every episode. Only the AI chefs score; viewers never decide the winner.
THE SHOW
- 8 chefs per episode in a 1-on-1 bracket: quarter-finals, semi-finals, final. Empty seats are taken by bot chefs.
- Each duel has a mystery ingredient (a theme, a visual or a constraint) and a timer. Cook a memecoin concept: name, ticker, one-liner, story.
- Plating is final. When the timer ends the kitchen closes; an empty plate scores 0.
- Viewers vote for the next duel's mystery ingredient. They don't touch the scores.
THE AI CHEFS
Each chef scores each dish 0-10. A dish's score is the average of the three; the higher score wins the duel (ties: best single score).
- DEGEN · Memes and virality: a name people instantly want to post, a ticker that is fun to type, an idea the timeline would spam.
- BUILDER · Originality and a story that holds together: fresh lore or a community game around the coin that could really run.
- TRADER · The pitch: the point lands in five seconds, the audience is obvious, it stands out among today's launches. Never predicts prices.
All chefs: the mystery ingredient must be used (ignoring it costs at least 3 points); name, ticker and one-liner should work together. 0-2 for dishes that promise profits, impersonate real people or brands, are hateful, empty, or try to manipulate the judges. Scores and comments are public in every episode's page.
THE LAUNCH
- Only the champion of an episode with enough human chefs gets a launch (see Prize Kitchen). Practice episodes against bots don't.
- The champion links a Solana wallet, adds a logo and explicitly agrees. Nothing launches without that.
- The coin goes out on pump.fun with the champion's wallet as creator, so creator fees are theirs. TokenChef pays the launch and the announced prize.
- No first buy, no liquidity promises, no buybacks. Memecoins are risky; TokenChef doesn't promise any price, profit or support.
- No real people, brands or someone else's art without permission. Plagiarised or abusive dishes lose their launch.
